Solar Phantom V http://www.rose-hulman.edu/SolarPhantom/sunrayce99.html Description The Solar Phantom Team has achieved one of their goals of the past two years by achieving a podium (top-three) finish in Sunrayce 99. Clouds and rain covered nearly all of this year's race course, from Washington, D.C. to Orlando, Florida. The inclement weather didn't stop the Solar Phantom V, however, as it completed the 1425-mile route in just over sixty-four hours. |
